This one had me laughing out loud.

Hey, one day knowing those songs may come in handy.
I’m just saying it to rationalize memorizing anime theme songs…. but that’s beside the point.

*Clifford’s the best friend anyone could know…

he’s the greatest dog ever…
I really think so…*
Wait… what was I going to say again?!

OMG, this is great! Remember when commercials had jingles instead of pop songs? I still remember many of them, much to the embarrassment of my children.

Francisco: Glad I’m not the only one who can relate!
Luemas: Yes, if aliens ever capture you and subject you to a karaoke contest for the fate of the world, we’re safe!
SpilledInk: I don’t know, but I know that I love Clifford, the big red dog!
Samantha: I try so hard to resist singing them to my kids, but those marketing people have deep hooks with a long shelf-life!

You know, that’s NOT the Curious George theme I remember (then again, I’m remembering Curious George from the 80’s). Did they really change it?

I love that. You have a really good ear for believable dialogue and comedy now, Chris. I envy that quality.

I will remember every theme song I’ve ever heard, but I blank on history tests D:
…
…actually I lied, I barely study and I get all A’s and B’s. My friends all hate me for it. But really, it’s the same skill: remembering random stuff
I wonder if Colin remembers the themes better than Sprout?

Mark: It’s a bonding experience!

DadaHyena: See, now, I didn’t remember there being a Curious George show in the 80s (and I thought I knew ‘em all)
George: Thanks! I do strive for that.
Natasha: Maybe if history teachers taught more of their material in jingle form, I’d be better off…
