Looks delicious - I might have to make a dent in my Ramen supply after this one! Now all I have to do is decide on a flavor (although I’m pretty sure the flavor packets’ salt content is the only determining factor in Ramen’s flavor).

I’ve been in Japan 5 years and I still haven’t mastered slurping my noodles. I love ramen and udon. They are winter staples for me.
