haha…I got that. I wonder if anyone else knows that reference anymore though. Is it replayed on Nick at Nite??

Every neighborhood usually has a nut. It is kind of sobering when you find out that you are it.

Love it! “Odoripark.com: Come for the comics, stay for the ‘Perfect Strangers’ references!”

Now we are so happy, we do the Dance of Joy!

LOL! I forgot about Perfect Strangers. Where was Balki from?

They need Mr. Dink (from the old Nickelodeon cartoon “Doug”) as a neighbor. Not only does he got the “wacky” part down, but he’s also got gobs of disposable cash!
“Very exthpenthive, Douglath! Huh-HYUCK!”

OMG, cousin Balki. That takes me back.

Welp, if we’re gonna talk about my favorite show from the 80’s then we should begin with this: http://thessp.ning.com/video/perfect-strangers-boston-1

That was one of the few captioned shows when I was a kid… The terrible music video they did for Balki rattled around my head for a loooong time.

Wow, I had no idea the Perfect Strangers reference would draw so much attention

Bearman: Thankfully, it looks like there are enough of us old timers who remember…
Bo: I’ve heard the same theory applied to families!
Bob: Hey, you may have something there… “Now with 25% more 80s sitcom references!”
SpilledInk: *applause*
Michelle: Mypos, of course!
DadaHyena: Hah! Doug… That was a long time ago, wasn’t it…
dgriff13: I always felt bad for Cousin Larry, I confess.
jynksie: That’s awesome! Saw the shot-for-shot comparison, too. Hilarious!
Adrean: One thing you can take as comfort: I never intend to do a Full House reference…. I shudder to think!
