Congrats again, Chris - you should be very proud of your outstanding work with Odori Park!

Love the action, Remy! You really capture a sense of that universal 'find my wife something quick' panic! :)

Thanks for the kind words, Dan! I'm looking forward to the same.
I'm not sure that mothers are evil and tricky by nature; I think it's more of a survival tactic they learn... I agree with DadaHyena, btw, Remy--the warm and cool grey Copics are a nice touch!
Glad everyone's enjoying Remy's strip as much as I did :)

@DadaHyena: Those are warm and cool grey copic markers. I'm a big fan of the pales, too!

I'm a big fan of desaturated colors; the cool, pale hues are very well done (very winter!).

I'm with Bearman; mom's are trickier than wizards, but they can make a mean PB&J. Nice work!

[...] Today’s guest strip is the work of Remy Creecy, co-creator of the paranormal comedy Black Cats, at www.blackcatscomic.com. My plan is to post these anniversary guest comics in the order I’ve received them, but Remy astutely noted that the guest run starts close to the Japanese holiday of White Day, and created accordingly. I couldn’t let the opportunity pass to post these right away. And yep, I said these, because Remy also overachieved and created two strips to mark the occasion. (The second of which I was lucky enough to see in progress on his Ustream feed.) Please enjoy, and come back for more of Remy’s work on Wednesday! Stumble Upon [...]
